Villa Mimosa was built in 1870 and is situated on the top of a private hill, in a wonderful natural environment, between colors, scents and relaxing silence that only the Tuscan countryside can offer.
The House enjoys a panoramic view of the Pisa countryside with stunning sunsets and a refreshing and windy climate even during the hottest day: it’s a perfect location to spend your holidays in an unique experience of relax in nature.
Villa Mimosa is an ideal place for family groups with children or friends party who want to spend their holidays in privacy, in nature and in the flavours of typical products of Tuscany cuisine.
The Villa can accommodate up to 20 guests, in large double bedrooms some with the possibility of a third extra bed. At guests disposal there are the entire building, the park around the house, the swimming pool and the relax area.
Guests can spend their time having lunch and dinner in or outside, playing with several entertainment (ping pong table, soccer table, pool table, bowls, bikes, wi-fi), or reading in one of the several pleasant corner of the park. Also the children have their playground in front of the Villa, and a special area into the swimming pool.

Near Villa Mimosa, few km away, a visit of the small and characteristic villages of Crespina and Lari (built in the medieval age with its historic Castle of Vicari) or few hours spent in the thermal SPA of Casciana Terme, will make your holiday unforgettable.
Well connected to the main cities and tourist destinations of Tuscany (for instance Florence, Siena, Volterra, Arezzo, Lucca, Pisa, Versilia), Villa Mimosa is easily accessible from the airports of Pisa and Florence. A few minutes from the house, you can taste typical wines, restaurants with genuine cuisine, but also supermarkets and shops with fresh and organic products.
